Make sure to have some tissues when you read this book. I wish it was formatted better, but it is still beautifully written. The emotion can be felt through the description. SNL

Oh Ron, I read the book after Mass tonight. I finished about 30 minutes ago, and I'm still sitting at my kitchen table. My mind has wandered back through time remembering all that have passed before me.  My heart is full and this makes me so grateful for this book and story of Gracie. She was so brave!  This is simply the best book I have ever read, and I am 91 years old.  Thank you so much for sharing Gracie's story. I LOVE HER!

I knew right away I was going to love Gracie! And then I knew I was going to miss her when she was gone. I was right. I cried when she left. But I also cried tears of joy in the end when I found out who was taking care of her for you! Just beautiful!

 I recently had to put my dog down. If you share the experience this book will give you comfort. The book showcases a person who loved their pet and to do the unthinkable. Anybody that loves their pet should buy this book.

 I finally finished your wonderful book.  It took such a long time for me to finish, because I lost one of my pet children a year and a half ago, and it brought back so many of the memories, and especially the feelings.  I am still in mourning for her, and I cried so hard reading your book, that I literally could not see.  The book was wonderful and very well written.  Like you, I think I have been visited by my beloved pet, even though it doesn't compare to her still being here.  I also totally related to your feelings about having to have your loved Gracie euthanized.  I had to do this, too.  Thank you for writing your book.  It is wonderful, helpful and hopeful.  I wish you the best and hope the book does well.

My goodness! I read this book and was taken aback. I have not been so moved by a short story like this ever in my life! Gracie's story is everywhere! I don't know if I could have been so vulnerable as to share such a personal and emotional story.  However, I can say I am so grateful and thankful that you did!
